Term & Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Promoter:

Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• Registration required. Internet access required. Purchase necessary.
• Maximum of five code entries permitted per day.

Promotional Period:

The promotion will run from 00:00 01/08/24 to 23:59 31/07/25 . Leaderboard Monthly Rewards will be available between 00:00 01/08/24 and 23:59 31/10/24 only . Any redemptions received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

Participation:

To participate, purchase a participating promotional Mogu Mogu product then scan the on-pack QR code or visit www.mogumogu.com/login during the promotional period. Participants will be required to register their details by providing full name, gender, email address and mobile number or login with email address and password if already registered.

Participants must enter the unique code located under the cap of participating promotional bottles to receive one point towards reward redemption. Participants purchasing Mogu Mogu 6 packs of 320 ml bottles will receive a unique code located within the promotional product packaging providing an additional 3 bonus points when entered.

Rewards will also be allocated via monthly leaderboard of highest point scores between 00:00 01/08/24 and 23:59 31/10/24 only.

All points remain valid until 23:59 31/07/25 only and cannot be redeemed after this date.

Participating Promotional Products:

• Mogu Mogu 320 ml bottles

Participating promotional products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

Gift (6 packs-only):

Mogu Mogu 6 packs of 320 ml bottles include one set of 4 printed images (45 cm x 12 cm) of Mogu Mogu’s Brand Ambassadors.

Unique Codes:

Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such redemptions will be declared void.

Redemptions (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s redemptions will be disqualified, and any reward redeemed will be void.

Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected redemptions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for redemptions delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Leaderboard Rewards:

Rewards will be allocated via monthly point scoring leaderboard between 00:00 01/08/24 and 23:59 31/10/24 only. One reward will be available per person via the points scoring leaderboard. The rewards will vary per month.

The highest point scoring participants will be eligible to receive the reward allocated to the corresponding month . The leaderboard rewards will be delivered directly to the participant's email address provided during registration within 10-15 days after the end of each promotional month and the completion of any verification process.

Point Redemption Rewards:

Rewards available to redeem via point redemption during the promotional period. Participants may redeem the rewards detailed below. Participants must visit www.mogumogu.com, select their chosen reward and provide any required information to redeem.

Rewards will be delivered within 1-2 days of valid redemption and the completion of any verification process to the email address provided during registration. Each reward is limited to a maximum of four available per day first come, first served with the exception of Asco Foods reward vouchers.

40,160 point redemption rewards available to be redeemed across the promotional period. All points remain valid until 23:59 31/07/25 only and cannot be redeemed after this date.

No cash or other alternative rewards will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward of equal or greater value. The rewards are non-transferable.

Verification:

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all participants and redemptions including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any redemption or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s participation requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or redeemed using fraudulent means.

It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when registering and during the redemption process. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects redemption or fulfilment of any reward.

General:

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected redemptions.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of rewards and/or the use of rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participation in this promotion.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.

Data Protection:

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have participant consent. Personal details provided will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Click here for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Data will be stored for a maximum of three months after the close of the promotion before deletion. Participants can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email Mogumogu_globalteam@sappe.com.
